Step outside to the backyard/garden space for morning coffee or an evening wind-down. Driveway parking for two cars keeps arrivals simple, and additional metered street parking is available as needed.



From here, you’re minutes from south Austin favorites, with easy access to the Texas State Capitol, the Congress Bridge bats, the Greetings from Austin mural, Zilker Park and Barton Springs Pool (with paddleboard and kayak rentals), Lady Bird Lake trails, and the legendary bars and clubs along 6th Street.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. Additional metered/paid street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. No additional onsite parking beyond what’s described.

• Stairs: This is a multi-level home; stairs are required.

• Laundry: Washer and dryer are available in the home.

• Pet Policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Up to 5 dogs are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $75 per dog applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
