Welcome to your home away from home! Our modern 1BD/1BA casita offers a perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and convenience, located in the serene and woodsy Manchaca neighborhood, just south of Austin. Whether you`re visiting for work, relaxation, or to explore the vibrant city, this spacious 575 sq. ft. guesthouse has everything you need. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, private entrance, and access to a large fenced backyard with a seasonal pool (April–November). Experience peaceful surroundings just a short drive from Austin`s top attractions.

Guest Access:

You’ll have private access to the casita, including a separate entrance and parking space. The outdoor spaces, including the pool and backyard, are shared with us and occasionally with family or friends. We prioritize your privacy and are happy to adjust our interactions to your comfort level, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Whether you`re here for work or leisure, you`ll appreciate the tranquil escape with easy city access.

Getting Around:

We’re about a 20-minute drive to South Congress, South Lamar, Barton Springs, and downtown Austin. If you’re not driving, rideshares like Uber or Lyft make getting around easy and convenient.

General Rules:

+ No pets are allowed in the home.
+ No illegal drugs, smoking, or vaping on the property. Violations incur a $300 fine and additional cleaning fees.
+ No parties or events are permitted.
+ The pool is open from 7 AM to 10 PM. Please respect quiet hours after 10 PM and keep noise levels considerate during the day.
+ No glass or food is allowed in the pool area.
+ No diving or jumping into the pool.
+ The house is on a septic system. Only flush toilet paper—avoid flushing paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or chemicals.
+ Additional guests are not allowed on the property without prior approval. Unauthorized guests may result in additional fees.
+ Damaged, broken, or missing items will result in additional charges.
+ Check-out is at 11 AM. Late check-outs must be pre-approved by 5 PM the evening before and may incur additional fees.

Safety Rules
+Our home is not childproofed. Please take precautions to ensure children’s safety.
+ The homeowner is not responsible for injuries that occur on the property.
+ No open flames or candles are allowed.
+ No weapons or firearms are permitted on the premises.
+ We treat the home regularly for pests, but given the natural environment, occasional encounters with wildlife may occur.
+ In case of emergency, dial 911 for immediate assistance.
