Bedroom has Queen bed and French doors that open to balcony, as well as 48" wall mounted television with ROKU. Living area has 55" TV and sectional sofa that converts to Queen bed. New ceiling fans and light fixtures throughout. WiFi and NEST thermostat / smoke alarm compete the 21st century updates. Live on a hill and relax by the pool.
