House Rules
- No smoking, vaping, or drugs
- Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am, meaning for example no boom boxes or speakers playing loud music or loud disruptions. My neighbors and I thank you for your understanding.
- We are flexible and can work with you on earlier check ins or later check outs. However, check outs later than the agreed upon time will result in a $200 fine.
- We have external facing cameras for security purposes. They are meant to monitor the entrances to handle intruders.
