Bright+Beautiful Historic Street of Dripping

Beautiful and funky 1950's cottage with addition in the heart of Dripping Springs. Close to town location and a short walk to the main street. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath with 3rd flex room / bedroom / 2nd living and full kitchen is a great Hill Country escape. Wedding venues, wineries, swimming holes and local Hill Country attractions are within minutes. The cottage is a unique property that sits on a 1/2 acre lot full of live oaks allowing for a great setting for friends and family to gather. Location is close to 'downtown Dripping Springs' with many local businesses nearby, such as boutiques, coffee shops, a book shop and a wine tasting bar! You will be close to all the action!
The space
The home is an original 1950's cottage with an addition, it is filled with natural light and offers:
✦ Bedroom #1 - King bedroom with Full Bath.
✦ Bedroom #2 - Two queens with Full Bath with private access to patio.
✦ Flex Room / 3rd Bedroom or 2nd Living Room has a pull out queen sofa bed.
✦ Well-equipped kitchen, dining inside and outside courtyard make this a perfect gathering home for families and small groups. (note: there is no dishwasher)
✦ Located only .5 miles (8 min walk) from Mercer St and a stone's throw from Sidecar Wine Bar.
✦ Nice layout for 2 families.

~ The 1/2 acre lot is situated in between Old Fitzhugh Road and Ranch Road 12 and has access from either street. Old Fitzhugh Road is a historic street with an eclectic mix of businesses and residential.
~ The kitchen is well-equipped, however it is small. There is no dishwasher.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.
