We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy. 1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine) 2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance 3) No events or parties 4) No pets allowed 5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. Nice stay - just 2 items the management company might consider
We enjoyed our stay very much. It was close to where my granddaughter and her partner live so the proximity was very helpful. The unit was clean and well stocked and had plenty of room to easily accommodate my son, my adult grandson and me, as well as visitors who dropped by during our stay. All communication with the owner and the management company was clear and helpful including the guides. There were only two concerns we experienced during our stay. One was that the back door locked upon being closed from the outside and required an access code to re-enter. We requested the access code for the back door from the management company and were told that they preferred us to enter via the front door. The problem was that if you go out the back door to the patio, you can’t get back in because the gate to leave the backyard (in order to re-enter through the front door) is locked. We were glad that someone had stayed in the house and was able to open the door from the inside, which prevented us from being locked out the first time we went outside. Whenever we accessed the backyard after that we were required to leave the door ajar in order to re-enter. The other concern is that the thermostat was locked at 68 degrees. This may have been OK had the temperatures outside stayed relatively warm but with the cooler temperatures accompanying the snow the house was quite chilly. In fact I wore 3 layers of clothing during our 5 day stay.

Perfectly Perfect Stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this charming little duplex - it was clean, well-stocked, and a great central location for a few day trips (we hit Magnolia in Waco, Georgetown, Fredericksburg & a friend’s food truck in Hutto). Camille checked in to make sure we’d arrived safely and that we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend!
