Hi, welcome to the 'Big house with private rooms in Round Rock', the house is located within minutes of the major intersection of 35 and 45, near Dell. There are 2 furnished rooms that could be rented. One room has a private bedroom and bathroom with a standing shower. The other room has two bunk beds with a desk. That room shares a bathroom with a showertub. There are 10 total rooms in the house. Coffee and exercise room. The neighborhood is great, we have been here 9 years. There is a very attentive HOA, wide streets, and well lit walkways and trails. There is a neighborhood pool and playground with a basketball court. Although, we have a basketball goal in the driveway. Big backyard with hottub and greenhouse backs up to a beautiful greenbelt.
