Only 1.5 blocks to Lamar Union Shops and Alamo Drafthouse movie theater. 10 houses from Zilker Park, Barton Springs pool , Barton Springs restaurant row and food trucks. Walk or bike to downtown Austin and Ladybird lake / hike and bike trails. Beautiful part of the neighborhood with wide streets and established trees. So close to all the best of the city yet lives like a peaceful retreat.
