The washer and dryer are for your convenience. The home is located on Pflugerville Lake (20 minutes commute to downtown Austin). A walking trail around the lake, swimming pool, and community playscape are nearby. Other flexible rental terms are also available. DirecTV and WIFI are complimentary.
