Ideally located just minutes away from South Congress Avenue (SoCo), downtown Austin, the airport, Town Lake, and Zilker Park, our apartment is a haven for couples and groups up to four, seeking a unique and memorable stay.

The Space:
From the moment you enter Artist Retreat by SoCo, you’ll be greeted by a harmonious blend of style and comfort. Our apartment showcases art created by local artists, providing you with an authentic taste of Austin’s creative spirit. This cozy and impeccably clean space is perfect for couples and small groups up to 4, offering an intimate retreat with a touch of local flavor.

After a day of adventures, unwind in our charming open backyard. With very old and large trees providing shade and ambiance, it’s an ideal spot for a relaxing evening. Lounge under the stars and soak in the tranquil atmosphere, perfect for enjoying Austin’s natural beauty.

When it's time to rest, the bedroom features a comfortable king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The apartment also includes a convertible twin sofa chair in the bedroom and a couch in the living room for additional sleeping areas should you need it. A dedicated workspace is available for those needing to catch up on work. The serene and quiet neighborhood ensures a peaceful night’s sleep, allowing you to recharge for the next day’s activities.

Guest Access:
Guests will be given a the door code to access the property on the day of check in.

Inside the apartment, you’ll find high-end amenities including a smart TV, fast and free WiFi, and full temperature control to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. Fresh cotton towels and essential toiletries as well as coffee and tea are provided to make your visit hassle-free.

The house and all the amenities are fully yours to enjoy anytime you please during your stay.

****IMPORTANT****

PLEASE read through the house rules carefully. It is very important that you read, understand and adhere to the rules.

No guest other than the ones indicated in your group are allowed on the property for whatever reason.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED AT ALL INSIDE THE HOUSE. If you want to smoke, you are allowed to do so in the back yard patio. Please dispose on any cigarette butts safely. DO NOT throw butts onto the yard.

Check-in time is 3pm. Checkout time is 11am.

Pets are allowed, HOWEVER, please make sure to wipe paws before climbing onto any of the furniture. Please use the throws provided under your pets as to not dirty any of the furniture.

NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND ON THE PROPERTY. Please respect the community and keep the noise level to a minimal after 10pm.
