We have no minimum stay on weekdays.
Friday and Saturday in April 2025 are fine for single-day reservations. Otherwise, Friday and Saturday must be booked together on weekends for a 2-night minimum stay.
Occasionally, there is a 3-night minimum during holidays or special events (SXSW, ACL, F1, etc.). However, that isn`t very often, and we can be very flexible about it, so check in with me.
We are always willing to consider special circumstances or needs. Please feel free to message us with any special requests, questions, or potential exceptions to the house rules before booking. I`m happy to try to work with you.
Please no smoking of any kind in the house. Smoking anywhere outside is fine. Of course, please do not leave behind any cigarette butts on the ground.
No glitter or confetti. It takes a HazMat team to get rid of that stuff.
We love pets, and your furry family members are usually extremely welcome, but please check with me first so we can be best prepared 🐶

Modern Downtown Austin Condo - Walking Distance to so much
So enjoyed our father son get away at Emily's condo. Their was plenty of space, sleeping arrangements, well equipped and and most of all the location was fantastic for everything we wanted to do. You can easily walk to so many eaterys, coffee houses and is only 2 miles from the heart of the city. Emily, our host was amazingly responsive throughout the booking process and throughout. Since we didn't know the local knowledge of Austin, she provided a detailed list of all the local experiences that made our trip research that much easier. The weather was a tad chilly for the pool, however, it looked nice. So glad we chose this warm and spacious condo for our getaway.

We came to Austin for a bachelorette party. We really enjoyed the place and the walkability of it! The hosts very responsive whenever we needed anything!
Super helpful host, well equipped condo in easy walking distance of downtown and Soco. Some great dinning and shopping recommendations in a really lively area. Pool and gym were fabulous. Loved Austin and a great condo in a great location. Had a super time

Austin for a night
The location for this place was great! It allowed us to be easily access a lot of food and different shops, making it easy for us to walk rather then drive. The apartment itself was pretty clean and had everything we needed. It fit 5 adults really easily (especially when all 5 of us just wanted to relax by the tv for a bit), very spacious apartment! Fairly easy check-in and check-out processes too. Would recommend a stay here, for sure :)

GREAT LOCATION
We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer. The location was perfect for what we needed. We could’ve stayed another night and enjoyed some of the amenities of the property and more of the city, but most of our family had to return home. The hosts are quick to respond to any questions. We would stay here again!
