--- OUTDOOR HAVEN ---
Your private backyard is divided into three spaces: dinning patio & TV, pool & deck, and fire pit. Enjoy a generously sized private pool that catches the Texas sun all day with patches of shade from the surrounding privacy trees. On the dinning patio, you can grill and dine with your guests while taking in the big game. Last, after a day of adventure you and your guests are welcomed to unwind by a natural wood burning firepit.

--- BEDROOMS ---
With five thoughtfully designed bedrooms and a total of eight beds, there's ample space for your group to unwind after days of exploration. Each bed comes fitted with a new memory foam mattress, 3-4 pillows, fresh linens from head to toe, and blanket. (extra linens and blankets located in the hallway closet)

--- POOL TABLE ---
For some lighthearted fun, a coin operated pool table awaits, providing entertainment and opportunities for friendly competition during your stay. Bring quarters – the first two games are on us, but after that, the machine operates on 50¢ per play!

Located in the heart of Austin, you're just a short drive away from all major popular attractions (6th, Rainey, Downtown, West 6th, ACL, F1, Barton springs and more), diverse dining options, and vibrant entertainment venues. - You will be asked to sign a pool waiver and guest list - No exceptions or refunds if you refuse to do so before Check-in
- There is no heating unit on the pool system currently. Projected installation is late November.
- Security cameras are on the premises (3 backyard, 2 entry, 1 garage). Please contact if additional privacy needed. Absolutely no tampering otherwise.
- Pets must be confirmed on the reservation, no exceptions. Additional fees will be charged.
- Follow check out instructions & leave house/ decor how you found it.

Awesome for a group getaway!

Host was awesome about everything. Willing to work with us and very quick/responsive. Firewood, fresh grilling propane, clean house, etc. Lots of rooms and beds so people didn't have to double up at all. Pool table was fun. Pool was a good time but cold (it is clearly stated that it isn't heated). We still spent time in it. Outdoor TV and seating area was perfect for relaxing after a long day out on the town or on the golf course.
Stayed 3 nights in Oct 2023
