First Austin visit

Great location, with wonderful views. We were disappointed about the pool closure for 5 days and the fire inspection was annoying too. I called customer service to inquire about a credit, and there was no follow up, after being promised that there would be. All those tacked on booking fees were surprising also!!!!!
