Vast natural terrain in common. Aussois ski at 600 m, Norma 10km, Val Fréjus 17km. Bottom + 1 snowshoe ski slopes, 5km. Contemporary House of sis full plateau country South. Quiet residential area on the edge of the old village. Gîte of good comfort. Mountain charm. Light. Large private outdoor area (1500 m²). Beautiful unobstructed view of the massif. Close to shops, services & recreation. Located 600m from the slopes of Aussois, a charming village resort with its 80km of ski slopes and 19km from the Orelle cable car to Val-Thorens/3 Vallées (the largest ski area in the world with 600km of slopes). Many other leading ski areas are nearby: La Norma 10km, Valcenis-Vanoise 16km, Valfréjus 17km. 1.5km from the Nordic ski area between Aussois and Sardières (30km of cross-country trails) and marked snowshoe trails. An extremely privileged location for exploring different mountain ranges and resorts in summer and winter. Many legendary passes! Close to Italy via the Fréjus Tunnel or the Mont Cenis Pass. At the gateway to the Vanoise National Park with magnificent walks and hikes. Important baroque and military heritage including the Esseillon Forts, classified as "Historic Monuments".
