Air-conditioned house with terrace in the heart of Périgord

You'll love this air-conditioned house, whose living area includes a kitchen area with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, two induction hobs, and a table-top refrigerator. A step up leads to the lounge area with a TV, internet access, and a sofa. A separate toilet with a washbasin is located on the ground floor.
A spiral staircase leads to the air-conditioned mezzanine bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and the bathroom, which opens onto the bedroom and features a shower cubicle, a sink, and storage space.
Parking is available in a public parking lot behind the cottage or in the village parking lot 300 meters away.
A wooden terrace and garden furniture are located in front of the cottage. There is an outdoor laundry room with a washing machine, another refrigerator, and a freezer.
Please note that the cottage is not recommended for small children due to its staircase, kitchen, and living room on two levels (photos 4). End-of-stay cleaning €40. Towels/person €4. Every Thursday in July and August, the square under the plane trees comes alive with the gourmet market starting at 6 [hidden], where you can dine on-site in a friendly atmosphere. For a short stay, the owner welcomes you to her two guest rooms (24G000114) located just outside Montignac, towards Sarlat.
