This vacation rental offers you: - On the ground floor: a living room with fully equipped kitchen, living room and lounge, as well as a parental suite (1 bed 140x190) with adjoining shower room, then a separate toilet. - Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 140x190 bed, 2 90x190 beds), a shower room and a separate toilet. - Outside: an enclosed garden with terrace (being furnished) facing south/west. Free street parking. Possibility to store bicycles in front of the gate at the entrance of the cottage. The owners live next door (but no vis-à-vis between the 2 houses). Welcome to Auray, a charming city full of charm! Stroll along its cobbled streets, visit the mythical port of Saint Goustan and sit on the terrace of a café. On Mondays, the market 400 m from the cottage, the largest in Morbihan, is worth the detour to discover local products. The town also has a large leisure offer: cinema, swimming pool, tennis, indoor playground, escape game... enough to keep young and old busy! From the cottage, the expressway is only 5 minutes away to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Locmariaquer, Carnac and discover the magnificent wild coast of Quiberon. The Ty Anel cottage is ideally located to discover all the treasures of our beautiful department. Beautiful contemporary house, furnished and decorated with care, close to the city center, with enclosed garden for 6 people

Delightful gite close to town centre

This is an attractive new detached property in a quiet road, five minutes walk from the town centre and fifteen from Port Saint-Goustan. It is light and airy, with a well-equipped kitchen and three good-sized bedrooms. The owner lives next door and was exceptionally helpful whenever we needed assistance.

Lovely house at great location

Ty Anel is a beautiful gite, located at walking distance from the city center of Auray. It has a fully equipped kitchen, cosy living area, two wonderful bathrooms and a nice garden. The owner is very friendly and gave us great tips for things to do and see in the area. We hope to return in the future!

Très bien accueillis par Michel, qui nous a donné des conseils sur les endroits à voir. Très belle maison moderne, bien équipée et bien située. Nous avons passé une semaine idéale, avec le soleil en prime. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et cette destination.

Gite tres confortable pour decouvrir le golf du morbihan et la baie de quiberon

Tres beau gîte, literie au top, deco très sympa. Gîte très propre, souci du détail appréciable. Nous avons été très très bien et chaleureusement accueillis par les propriétaires lors de notre arrivée. Gîte adapté pour les enfants. La région est magnifique, de nombreuses choses, villes, côtes, à voir et à faire sous tous les temps. Loclisation très agréable pour sillonner soit du côté de la côte sauvage soit du côté du golf. Auray ville très mignonne, tout se fait à pied depuis le gîte, de jolis commerces, un marché sympa dans toute la ville le lundi. Et le petit port de st Goustan magnifique a une dizaine de minutes à pied. Nous avons beaucoup aimé !!
