We really liked the apartment! It was well appointed and comfortable. The entryway and stairwell needed to be cleaned- there were spiders everywhere and a very moldy smell. We want to be clear that the apartment was clean, it was just the stairwell that was pretty awful. The host was very responsive and helpful when we needed a light bulb replaced in the bathroom and some extra towels. I would give this a higher rating if the stairwell had been sparkling clean and didn’t smell like mold.

Auray ist als Urlaubsort mit seiner schönen Altstadt und dem fantastischen Hafenviertel und auch als Ausgangspunkt für Reisen in die Umgebung sehr empfehlenswert.Die Wohnung ist in ihrer Art außergewöhnlich: das große Wohn- und Esszimmer mit seiner bequemen und wertigen Einrichtung (z.T. antike Möbel), die vorgelagerte Riesenterrasse mit dem reizvollen Garten, ein opulentes Bad und ein tolles Schafzimmer zum Garten hin. Unangenehm laut ab 07:00 Uhr waren die beiden Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin; eines dieser Schlafzimmer recht eng und höchstens für Kinder geeignet. Wir mussten leider im großen Bad Dusch- und Waschbeckenabläufe reinigen, weil sie verstopft waren und die Haustüre sollte ganz oder zumindest das Schloss erneuert werden.Ansonsten war die Kommunikation mit Ronan schnell und angenehm und wir vier älteren Erwachsenen haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

L'éblouissement après le doute.

Une fois devant la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble et celle-ci franchie, le doute nous saisit: sommes -nous à la bonne adresse, tant le décalage est grand entre la réalité que nous avons sous les yeux et les photos de l'appartement que nous avons vues sur le site. En effet le hall est sombre, bas de plafond et sent fortement l'humidité. Cependant ce moment de flottement est vite oublié quand nous pénétrons dans l'appartement, tant la pièce à vivre est spacieuse et lumineuse et la terrasse engageante. Le reste de l'appartement est lui aussi réconfortant car il correspond en tous points à son descriptif. Il nous a semblé que cet appartement n'est pas qu'un objet de location car il a une personnalité qui se dévoile dans la présence de meubles non standardisés ou de couteaux réellement efficaces. Nous avons donc passé un excellent séjour dans ce lieu tranquille et bien équipé. Pour améliorer encore le confort de ses clients, nous suggérons à Ronald de leur fournir une liste des parkings longue durée aux alentours afin de faciliter cette opération fastidieuse. Merci pour le lit d'enfant.

Auray ist eine angenehme, bretonische Stadt. Sie liegt sehr günstig, um schnell an verschiedene Strände zu kommen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Ronan war angenehm und sehr hilfreich.
