When planning a trip to see Ajanta and Ellora Caves this is a Great Hotel to stay in. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the staff very friendly. ‘Mohan’ our room boy made us a cute Elephant out of towels which was on our coffee table to greet us when we entered our room. The hotel has a Great poolside restaurant called ‘Republic of Noodles’ which has a good choice of delicious food prepared by Chefs ‘Navnath’, ‘Maniram’, and ‘Arjun’ Our waiter ‘Ankush’ was very friendly and made sure we were well looked after.
Excellent location. Spacious hotel. Good Rooms and clean. Nice Food. Very close proximity to Airport. Gym available. Location at the center of the city. Very warm reception and excellent staff. Good value for Money.
Very nice spacious hotel with very good pool area and lot of games. Location of the hotel is very good with lot of area around the Hotel for a running in the early morning. My family thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Staff is very courteous. Food was also very good specially the continental dishes
We enjoyed our three days in this hotel, which felt like a little oasis off a very busy road. Since it would have been impossible to walk anywhere, when we weren't out touring we spent most of our time in our room, which was comfortable and had good internet/wifi. We also ate here at night and found the food fresh and tasty. There were two restaurants (one inside and the other outside by the pool), and we liked both of them - and you could order off either menu regardless of where you were eating. Staff in both were lovely and very helpful. While all rooms look out on a central pool, it is well landscaped and not a bad view. I should add that, if I didn't consider this a budget hotel, I might give it a rating of three rather than 4 since it wasn't as professional as it might be. For example, there was a service closet outside our room, the door of which was always open. They fumigated for mosquitoes right outside our room when our balcony doors were open without giving us any warning.
Hi I am very happy to stay here . Hotel service and hotel staff ( Yogesh Gajananad,Santosh,Bhavesh and Ankur ) was very good, HOTEL JUST A BUILDING BUT STAFF MAKE FEEL ME LIKE I AM AT HOME. .. THANKS DEAR FRIENDS ..
We recently stayed at the hotel. The rooms were clean and service at the hotel and restaurant was good although there is room for improvement in taste. The worst part of our stay was how the hotel charges uninformed customers. Without asking or explaining the hotel added "18% SC" and additional "9% CGST on SC" and "9% SGST on SC". The total additional charge comes to around 20% of what's legal. The hotel employees appear to have been couched to give vague answers about this. Most customers I observed that day landed up signing the bill and paying these amounts. Even after asking for removal of the 'SC' the person a the reception removed one item corresponding to the hotel charges but silently kept the server charge on the restaurant charges in our bill. There is a small sign I remember reading somewhere in the corner around their swimming pool that says "service charge is not mandatory". When I asked for explanation and removal of 'SC', the staff complied quietly. Service charge is not mandatory and 20% can be a big sum in your hotel bill. It's not disclosed until the moment you are asked to sign on the dotted line. No one asks you if you are willing to pay 'SC'. In short this hotel is adopting unethical practices if not illegal. The way they manipulate their customers warrants reporting to consumer forums and statutory bodies. The hotel must be held accountable for this. They should not prepare a bill that includes service charge without asking customers if they are willing to pay. Service charge is discretionary and most customers don't understand this the way bill is prepared.

We, myself and my family, stayed here for 2N/3D during short trip to Aurangabad. Great room with excellent ambience and best in class amenities. Excellent food at Citrus Cafe, large swimming pool. Great personnel caring for guests from Check-in to Check-out, at restaurant. Will stay here again and also definitely recommend to friends.
We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel. Wonderfully maintained property, clean and decently sized rooms facing the swimming pool made it a delightful experience. Breakfast and dinner buffet spread was very extensive and we thoroughly relished the food and ate to our hearts content. Their staff was very courteous and prompt in greeting with a smile. One particularly noticing feature was the citrus lemonly room freshner that emanated not only on their rooms but also in their corridors and reception. It was mild yet distinct and I found it particularly relaxing and enjoyed the feel. Also The swimming pool and gym are well maintained. Considering my very first visit to this lemon tree property, I would love to try out its other hotels and given a chance would love to stay at this property again. I would highly recommend people who want to do some sightseeing in aurangabad to stay here as it is conveniently located and in the city.
