Nicely managed Hotel by a team of professional staff. From front desk to housekeeping each and every person treats you with a warmth and a smile on their face. Special thanks to the manager Mrs. Shubhama for personal attention and help. Once again thank you for making the stay a pleasant and memorable one.
I keep coming to this hotel for its open style rooms and pool view and food. Service is impeccable and rooms are great. It has stayed well maintained and upto date since I started visiting it over a decade ago.
I had recently visited Lemon tree at Aurangabad All I can say is a WOW. Wonderful comfortable room with a pool view from the cute balcony. We had a double bed and a twin sharing and both rooms were great. The Front office called to check if we were comfortable as needed anything which was amazing. The house keeping boys Mukesh and Arjun out did their jobs and made sure we had clean rooms on all our days. The food was amazing. We all loved the buffet where chefs made sure that each guest was met personally and served. The Executive chef Binish was personally serving each guest with their orders. The other chef his sous chef Manohar following exactly like his chef. Wow it was a pleasure seeing all this Their food is outstanding and they go out of their way to serve you what you want. Don’t miss the South Indian breakfast as it is one of the best that I have ever had Each time we went through the lobby Asst hotel manager Rahul would check to our comfort and ask if anything as required. Lemon tree you are the best hotel chain in hospitality with the right attitude and no snobbishness. Well done Pl keep up the service and the spirit of your team
Hi Guys, I had been to Aurangabad on a recent 2 day Official Visit and got a chance to be at the Lemontree Hotel in Aurangabad. The overall Stay was OK with as usual pros and cons which one could expect after a visit and hereby writing them down based on my experience to benefit whomsoever it may apply to. However it still is a good value for money place. Pros - > 102 Rooms on 3 Floors and all facing the Swimming Pool - They call it a "Cabana" in Hotel Industry and there are few hotels who charge a premium for it. This hotel has all rooms facing the poolside which is advantage for some? > Lot of areas where you can sit and do your work - Lobby, Coffee House,Porch Garden Even corridors sometimes. (I was served a Beer in the walkway in the evening by a friendly chap at the Bar) > You have a GYM and Cycling (real cycles) which you can use at leisure. > Friendly and helpful staff - they may seem to be rude at times but they have few gems who will always make you rethink your decision and perception of the employees. > Morning Buffet has a decent spread of Dishes which suits both Continental and Indian Foodies.(Chinese etc can be happy with Noodles) > Rooms are spacious, Beds clean and comfortable and courtesy supplies available on call if your forgot your own. Cons : or Improvement Areas as you may call ! > The Lift is scary and had broken down during my stay? > Porter support to take you to your room is seasonal and based on your assessment by the Front Office team (if your are lucky you might get one) > There is a mandatory SERVICE CHARGE which you should watch out for in your Final BILL. if you do not ask for it they charge without any explanation. It is a charge which is optional and can be taken out if you are not willing to pay. They call it your Appreciation to their services. Agreed..! But that has to come from Guest not levied automatically...!! > The food tastes good - i tried only the Indian Part and felt it was value for money! Try out Mutton dishes as they seem to be good at it. (Mr.Hari Singh and his team Mr.Sandip were very helpful - served me Chilled beer in the restaurant and were so courteous that they returned my credit card and debit card which fell out of my wallet and i was not aware! 1000 times more honest than the weirdos at TAJ AMBAD NASHIK where they duped me!) > The Bar is well stocked but a little low on space and add on a pool table inside it cries out for more space. With such a big property it would definitely help if it had a pool side deck bar in place of the poolside GYM which can be shifted to some inner area. > The TATTVA Spa is one which has straight massages - so if you are into health / fitness body treatments - Please go for it - the charges are reasonably above average. There are cross massages available in the city at nearby malls / places but this one is branded an clean. > IT would add value if a staff passes by a Customer and wishes appropriately. > No Airport pick up provided although the Airport is just 4 kms. It would again add value - as there are very few planes coming in and free pickup is something which business travellers look forward to. Regards Jayan
I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful assisting me with everything from getting cabs to arranging the day tours I was interested in, to suggesting local shopping malls and opportunities. I was upgraded to a lovely room overlooking the beautiful pool which at the end of a hot day walking around the Ellora and Ajunta cave complexes was a welcome way to wind down. The room service was efficient and the food was tasty, the breakfast options were extensive. The hotel also has an outdoor Asian themed restaurant situated beside the pool a lovely place to eat in the cool of the evening. The air is filled with the fragrance of frangipani trees that are dotted throughout the lush gardens. I had Pad Thai one night and Mee Goreng another night both were delicious and authentic tasting dishes, try them you won’t be disappointed. I am definitely a Lemon Tree Hotel convert. I will seek out more hotels in this chain as I return to India. I like the relaxed feel of this hotel and the relaxing fragrance of lemon and ginger that permeates throughout the entire hotel complex. The decor is contempary and uncluttered with neutral decor throughout. Keep up the good work Lemon Tree! Oh and a special thankyou to Sabamma and Prachi for their wonderful service.
Hotel Service: One of the very good service I have seen. One of the Room Boy Mr. Rahul here has been a great conversation, provided good room service, maintained cleanliness very well. Swimming pool and garden are very well maintained.
It is a perfect hotel where one can just find a good place to stay with excellent multi cusine food, The complementary breakfast is just as good. The service rendered is very courteous and will make one want to saty in the same hotel again,
We stayed here for a month with a very good experience. Staff is very kind and cooperative. Specifically will like to mention about the "Citrus Cafe" very caring people. Perfect place to stay in Aurangabad.
