Good rooms and amenities. Provide facilities of Early Check in and Late Check out. Convenient location. Great spread of Dinner Buffet. Chinese cuisine available. Staff is warm and courteous. Homely comfort at Aurangabad...
Having been Lemon Tree Hotel Aurangabad I have spent a lot of time at different hotels across the world, and I have to say that this was one of the best stays in terms of overall hospitality and facilities. What really made biggest difference was entire hotel staff’s willingness to really go out of their way to make us feel special and welcome. Right from the front office it was amazing to see the level of care and effort they were willing to put-in to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Each experience right from check in, to breakfast, It’s hard to mention everyone, but special thanks to Umakant & Samuel at front desk ensuring every part of our stay was well coordinated, to Rahul from housekeeping, to Manohar (head chef) during breakfast. From a facilities perspective also this is probably one of the best options in Aurangabad. Rooms are beautifully appointed with tasteful furniture and amenities. Pool and gym areas are beautiful with great welcoming lobby area. check out was suburb front office staff handled it very professionally and more than made up for these. We’ll definitely be staying here again if our travels bring us back to Aurangabad.
Charming, cosy, clean, comfortable, convenient and courteous would sum this beautiful hotel. Though another C is 'costly' that shouldn't really bother. Reservation was done by me through centralised system on phone. The executive Priyanka John assured us that we would get what we requested: non smoking, king size bed in an executive balcony room. One has to specify the special preferences. The hotel has grandeur and humility written all over it. Lobby is unique and great. Quicksilver check in and check out. The design is unique, all rooms are pool facing. Our room was clean with all facilities. King bed was good. From balcony, the swimming pool could be seen. Bathroom was small but had all toiletries. 24 hours hot water. Room service is reasonably quick. Complimentary buffet breakfast was lavish and tasty with a personal touch. Two days had two different menu. Grilled chicken, fish fry and a sweet dish made of curd took the cake. Ordered crispy masala dosa. The place is peace personified. One can walk around the swimming pool in the morning. The pool is a favourite spot of travellers and my daughter enjoyed the ambience. It is also an area where one can relax and have a 'sip of spirit'. The food is costly, but we ate outside where there are plenty to choose from including Naivedhya and Tulasi veg restaurants and some non veg restaurants and bars. The hotel also has facility for drivers; we came by car. There is plenty of parking space. Near to airport and city centre. Were given a warm farewell by Ms Subbamma, Ms Prachi from front desk and Mr Mukesh (housekeeping). Will be my choice in Aurangabad, hence.
Special commendations for: (i) Chefs Binish and Manohar (ask anything and it would be arranged), (ii) Ms Subbamma at Guest Relations for managing all requests, and (iii) Room boy Rahul for meticulously making the room.
Room`s boy, name is Rahel, he cleaned anyplaces and asked my requests all as a water, toilet paper.. He is good kind man. And others, staff also are good and very kind. Every days he works his best. I thank him and others.
That was a very good choice. The was clean. The service was excellent. Also there was a variety of dishes you can choose for breakfast and lunch. I liked the Republic of Noodls - the restaurant, placed in a pool area. They cook Asian food. Also they cook really good omelet with tomatoes and cheese for breakfast! Special thanks to Ankush Shinde )
What once was a topnotch boutique hotel is now a completely rundown business thing. Worst hotel in India during our five weeks travelling tour. Very bad, detached service, rooms are outfashionedly furbished, food is horrible and service in the restaurant beyond redemption. We prepaid for four nights but checked out after one! (No refund of course). Just don’t be fooled by old ratings and skip it at all times.
I'm Japanese who living in Gujarat India about 1 year. This time's purpose was visiting caves of Ajanta and Eroula. My colleagues recommended that this hotel is good. So I chosed this one. There is comment in this site that breakfast was amazing, but it was normal. However, the dinner was really nice. I had dinner at the poolside.(Republic of Noodles) The shrimp dish was very delicious. It fitted the taste sense of Japanese people. And server's service was really nice! His name is Ankush. We had a great time with him. Because the star's four reasons felt the price was expensive. All others are 5 stars. I think that Ankush san's service is worth 10 stars. I could spend that much fun. Thank you.
This is a beautifully designed hotel, with great rooms, facilities and decor. The staff are excellent and extremely helpful. Our housekeeping attendant every day was Arun, who was super friendly and helpful, and cleaned the room to a really high standard. Thanks to him and all the staff for a great stay.
Ms Papari spa therapist the best service. She have magic, well trained and experienced. Ambiance and cleanliness of spa also maintained, light music and service by her are like linked which refresh completely. Totally recommended for full body relaxation.
