Trop sale et mal entretenu

Nous avons passé 1 semaine en famille mais avons malheureusement rencontré un gros problème d’hygiène dans cette maison. Plusieurs matelas étaient souillés et mal odorant, les draps sales et certains manquants (ex d’alaise), les couverts pas lavés et une saleté omniprésente. Le gérant a été contraint d’appeler un plombier pour déboucher les canalisations qui refoulaient dans les sanitaires et de changer une lunette des toilettes cassée et imbibée d’urine. Par ailleurs l’annonce ne précisait pas que la maison était organisé avec une dépendance. Une partie de la famille a été contrainte de loger à l’hotel. En résumé les prestations proposées ne valent pas le prix de cette location. Il y a clairement un manque d’investissement pour pouvoir avoir une expérience satisfaisante.
