Pretty fisherman's house

Pretty 65 m2 fisherman's house in Ault, on the ground floor, located between the Somme Bay and the Alabaster Coast.
The house consists of an entrance, a living room with sofa and wood stove, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher - oven - fridge and hot plates open to a dining room, two bedrooms including one is in mezzannine and a shower room with WC. It can accommodate a capacity of 7 people + a baby
It has a terrace, a table and chairs for eating out, an electric plancha, a barbecue and a garden of about 1000 m2 with an apple tree.
The plancha and the barbecue are at your disposal.
The house is located in the city center of Ault, near all shops and near the beaches.

If the sea tempts you during off-peak periods, the beds each have a heating blanket (3 single and 1 double) and the wood stove gives life in winter.

The cleaning fee is included in the price.

la maison de pêcheur est superbe bien aménagée , endroit calme .concernant le lit il est sur une mezzanine donc il faut être agile,le point négatif est le stationnement dans la rue place beaucoup de monde . un grand merci à Sylvie qui est adorable et disponible ! Patrick Sylvie et Sasuke

Wir konnten uns als 2 befreundete Paare prima zusammentun, hatten aber auch unseren eigenen Space, und dem Wetter konnten wir entsprechende verschiedene Sitz- und Essmöglichkeiten wählen. Die familiäre Ausstattung war super für unsere Ansprüche. Vor allem haben wir den Garten genossen!!!:-)

maison charmante et excellente localisation

bonjour, nous avons adoré la terrasse, le jardin, l'emplacement de la maison, la proximité de la mer et de la boulangerie. Les pièces à vivre sont agréables. On se sent bien dans cette maison. Dommage, la plancha a besoin d'un bon coup de nettoyage, et le barbecue, inutilisable en ce qui nous concerne.

Petite maison typique

Séjour sympathique dans cette petite maison typique. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir chez soi et de nombreux jouets pour les enfants. Ault est un petit village, nous avons dû prendre la voiture chaque jour pour visiter les environs et trouver une plage adaptée pour ma fille.

Une petite perle à découvrir!

Une superbe maison, très authentique et avec pleine de charmes...un acceuil très chaleureux par Mr. Riezenbosch, qui restait standbye au cas ou… La maison offre tout le comfort moderne tout en respectant les charmes de l'époque… La petite ville d'Ault mais surtout la mer et la nature sont d'une pureté exceptionelle!

Maison très agréable joli patio et grand jardin

Séjour plus qu agréable la maison est lumineuse et avec le soleil dont nous avons bénéficié toute la semaine nous avons bien profitez du patio terrasse en fin de journée. Nos 2 chiens ont apprécié le jardin et les grandes plages a marée basse pour s éclater.

Lovely home close to the beach

The house looked lovely and was very clean. There are two sitting rooms, each with one 2 persons couch. Sometimes this was a little difficult with 5 people, but it's ok. The kitchen is well equiped. Nice bathroom! Big garden and a private terrace. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Avec le soleil la cour devient une grande terrasse. La maison est toujours aussi sympa, chaleureuse avec tout ce qu'il faut. Elle a l'air petite mais elle a tout d'une grande :)

Séjour de rêve au pied des falaises

Charmantissime maison (pour les grands comme pour les petits) baignée de lumière avec cour et jardin exposés plein sud: grand bonheur! A deux pas de la plage et au centre du bourg tout en étant au calme, l'emplacement est parfait pour passer un séjour reposant et vivifiant ! Jolie maison bien rénovée, très agréable, notamment hors saison (bien chauffée et lumineuse), bien située: à 5 min des commerces et de la mer, tout en étant au calme dans une petite rue. Une petite maison parfaite pour une jeune famille

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison de pécheur pas si petite et rénovée avec goût. Il y fait bon vivre quand le soleil n'est pas au rendez-vous (hé non ce n'est pas une garantie en baie de somme), mais la grande cours intérieure à l'abris du vent s'illumine au moindre rayon de soleil, et à ces moments là la baie semble changer de latitude avec un air de méditerranée. La maison est parfaite pour une famille avec enfants, proche de la mer (côté Casino), des commerces, et de la maison du tourisme. Tout ceci se fait à pied, et la balade vers le bois de Cise commence juste derrière. Un détail concernant l'accessibilité, des marches donnent accès à la maison et au trottoir surélevé (ce qui donne du charme à la rue), et une échelle mène au lit pour les parents (jolie mezzanine).
