A few meters from the entrance of the structure, a wonderful viewpoint allows a total view of the Apuan Alps, with the marble quarries famous all over the world, but also rich in nature, trekking and mountaineering routes; from the windows of the house you can see the mountains of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, full of green paths, natural parks and ski resorts. Next to the church of San Pietro, very close to the entrance of the house, there is the bell tower from which the largest sock of the Befana in the world, registered in the World Guinness Record, is lowered every year on 6 January. At 3 km from the Court there is the Municipal Sports Center with swimming pool, tennis courts, athletics track.
