Welcome to this nice cottage close to the sea in the hilly countryside on the island of Als.



Look forward to a wonderful vacation with your family in this vacation home on the beckoning island of Als. In this house you can make yourself comfortable and after a day out sightseeing or enjoying the fresh air, you can cook nicely in the nice kitchen or relax in the living room. In summer you can also eat together on the terrace or relax in the garden furniture. Meanwhile, feel free to let your children play and enjoy themselves in the private, well-kept garden. Go to the nearby beach in the morning for a walk, or maybe you feel like going swimming or fishing? The beach is just waiting for you.



The scenic island invites you to explore by bike or car with its many idyllic villages, old half-timbered houses and many great Baltic beaches. Visit the beautiful Augustenborg Castle with its castle park by the fjord or take a trip to beautiful Sønderborg. Stroll through the alleys of the old town here, take a walk along the shore of the narrow Alssund or visit the Düppeler Schanzen and experience a great view of the hilly coastal landscape from here.

Beim Begehen des Hauses roch es schon muffig, modrig. Sobald man die Schränke in der Küche geöffnet hat, kam noch mehr beissender muffiger Geruch aus dem Inneren. Der Eigentümer meinte, da sei ein Wasserschaden und es riecht so nur im Winter. Leider abera auch im Sommer. Beim Kochen muss man aufpassen, das man die Sicherungen nicht raus haut, sonst hat man kein warmes Wasser mehr. Das Bad ist winzig und das Terrassen Mobililar schon etwas älter. Der Grill ist absolut nicht nutzbar und der Backofen auch verpekt. Die Bilder waren wohl schon älter.
