Villa merged with three other villas. This property has a splendid sea view. It is composed of 3 bedrooms and a large living room. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heat pump. The house is spread over two levels, served by a spiral staircase. Two bathrooms with shower, large kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine. Outside there is a large space for outdoor dining, with barbacue and work surface. A large terrace, which serves as a solarium serves the apartment, with a gazebo. On the first floor there is also a terrace, with table and chairs for breakfast.
