Located only .5 miles from the Augusta National gate and is less than 1.0 mile from Augusta Country Club golf course. Also, the house is located near Downtown Augusta, Top Golf, Riverwatch Cinemas, and Washington Road. Property within walking distance of the Augusta National and Surrey Center. Spacious backyard overlooking Rae’s Creek, which runs right through the heart of the Augusta National. Perfect for backyard bonfires in our fire pit and smoked ribs in the Rec Tec. Plenty of parking available in driveway and on curbside. Happy Master’s!
