This beautiful smoke-free, two-story, five bedroom, four bathroom home is only 5 miles away from Augusta's most famous golf course. It features lovely hardwood floors in the living areas downstairs and a vaulted great room with a 72" smart HDTV and gas fireplace. The great room has seating for eight. The sunroom is fully furnished with seating for six and has a lovely view of the swimming pool in the backyard. The pool deck features a charcoal grill, seating for ten, and four chaise lounges. The firepit beyond the pool is perfect for relaxing after a long day at the course.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, gas range, Keurig coffee maker, water purifier, and seating for four. The adjacent dining room seats eight.
