Customer service at this hotel was the worst I have ever encountered. Will never stay with this chain again...

Good overall. I stay here each time I come to Augusta.

The location is perfect, right next to crackle barrel. The staff were friendly and rooms were clean

Quiet, friendly staff, fast room service, nice pool and hot tub, good exercise room, buffet breakfast, can't beat it for the price.

We were only in Augusta for one night. I have not stayed in a Holiday inn for quite a while and now I remember why. Staff were not friendly at all, especially the breakfast crew. The hotel bed and pillow must be 100 years old. Only one night was one night too many. You get what you pay for.

This hotel is in a great location and was easy to find. The beds are so comfortable and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was exceptional and we enjoyed our stay. We plan to come back and use this hotel each time we come to see family.

I stayed at this hotel over a weekend so I could attend a wedding. Overall, this was a pleasant stay at an affordable price. I would stay again if I returned to the area.

met my expectations, near stores, close to destination, easy access, clean rooms

first thing noticed was the wonderful staff. comfortable bed. room very clean and larger than most.

Spent one night here but would definitely stay again. As a traveler who spends more than 100 nights a year in hotels I can say by comparison this one gets it right. It was clean , up to date had all the amenities of other far more costly full service hotels. The staff from the front desk to the bartender at Kems were helpful & courteous. If this is what's referred to as "southern hospitality" count me in for more?info

The hotel was clean, the staff was courteous, and the price was affordable. I would definitely stay there again if I'm in Augusta.

My family and I needed somewhere to stay for the cheer competition in Augusta. This was a really nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. We ate at Kems restaurant for dinner inside the hotel and it was very yummy. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I did not like was the breakfast the next morning. Yeah, it was complementary, but the biscuits were very hard, there was no bowls for the cereal and the eggs were not good at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel, just not the free breakfast!

THE STAFF WAS GREAT, THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND QUIET. WE HAD A NICE 2 DAYS.

i was shocked to see and view at night from the back of the hotel, several windows with tears in the curtains. To top it off I stayed in RM # 527 and found the curtains to the window had tears in them and were "Duck Taped" together with grey 2" Duck Tape. I felt this was unacceptable and very Gehtto, especially from the Holiday Inn hotels. I'm a Priority Club member and have frequent stays with the Holiday Inn hotels but this really ruined it for me. I do not recommend staying at the West Augusta Holiday Inn...

Have stayed in this hotel over a 3 year period. Consistently declines every stay. Was told at checkin that the desk was "hooking us up" with a better room (garden tub). Resulted in a room with no closet, an awkward wardrobe blocking the hallway, and a tub tucked in the corner of the bedroom in a very unusable place. Best of all, the shade was shreddded so the light POURED in from the outside. No sleep that night. This is no "hook up" Im interested in. In the mornign I went ot the desk to request a new room and a partial refund. Was told I should have requested a new room the night before (we checked in after 10). Was given keys to another room. Luckily I checked it before moving rooms. Shade was worse in that room than the previous room. Holes the size of your hand a larger. Finally found one with *only small holes* the third try. Desk ended up calling hosuekeeping and asking where a decent room could be found. Avoid the 4th and 5th floosr, apparently. Not cool.

The only reason we stayed here was because of the indoor pool/hot tub. It was out of commission and it appears that it had been for awhile. It was $20 more per night and didn't even include a free breakfast. Other hotels in the vicinity are less expensive, but offer better amenities.

The hotel bed was comfortable, the Jacuzzi was broke and out of order! The coffee was empty in the morning the whole experience seemed like a waste money! The place was so noisy and the staff was rude. What do you expect in disgusta, Ga?

The Front desk tried to give me a "handicapped room", then a room with two queen beds. I had reserved and prepaid for a kingsized bed room. They blamed the "computer reservations people".

This was a whirlwind business trip, yet I felt at home in this Holiday Inn. In addition, it was quiet and restful in between appointments. The Sundries Room, Business Center and ATM was very convenient considering my schedule. In just two days, the night staff was "like family". I really loved and appreciated the extra attention to detail in the care of my room. Without a doubt, I would stay again.

The staff and the room were great. The one complaint that I had and that was addressed immediately was that the bathroom had a horrible smell. The staff quickly sprayed the bathroom with air freshener but unfortunately did not help.We did not return to the room until late that evening and therefor did not ask to move because of the time. I was unable to take a shower the next morning due to the above mentioned.
