The one-bedroom rental is located on the first floor and offers a large balcony to enjoy carefree moments of relaxation. The living room of the apartment has a flowy, open plan with a double sofa bed, Smart-TV, and a sleek kitchen-diner with an induction hob, oven and fridge with a freezer to whip up delicious homemade meals. From the living room, guests can also access the sun-soaked balcony through glass doors.

For added relaxation, this extremely peaceful apartment offers access to a lovely shared garden with the local flora as well as a shared outdoor kitchen to dine on grilled delicacies.

The holiday apartment is just a 15-minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Augusta. It has a supermarket at just a 5-minutes drive for a facilitated self-catered stay and restaurants are a 15-minutes drive, close to the beach, for moods for dining out.

Augusta is a hugely popular summer holiday destination in Sicily and is known not only for its beaches but also for the rich historical treasures, especially Baroque Arts, that it hides amidst its landscape. For those intrigued with the ancient world, the archaeological site of Megara Hyblaea is half an hour’s drive from here. The 12th-C Hohenstaufen Castle is also worth a visit and is located within convenient driving distance. Finally, the churches of Augusta like Amine Santa del Purgatorio, Church of Cristo Re and more are worth a visit for their art and architecture.

For those looking for a more vibrant scene and enjoying the life of this part of Italy, the Feast of San Domenico is unmissable (happens at the end of May) and invites the whole city to partake in the festivity. Another, the Feast of San Nicola, in the famous seaside resort of Brucoli, is a wholesome mix of theatrical and singing performances, sports activities, tournaments and fun games for children – it happens in the month of July.
