Welcome to our warm and inviting space. This condo is easily accessible, less than 5 miles away from the Augusta National Golf Course. Only eight miles from Downtown. Accommodates 6 guests. Perfect location to see all of Augusta. Whether you're coming for work or play or both this will be a great place to land.

Cozy, spacious locally designed townhome. Two bedroom / two bath. Plush Queen Size Beds. Fully stocked kitchen. Spacious Living & Dining Area. Sitting area on patio. We always provide guests with fresh towels, linens, & coffee. We also offer a High-End Queen Air Bed & a Pack N Play (listed as a crib) to accommodate families.

Guest have access to the entire condo.

Parking provided: 2 vehicles per booking.
Pets are allowed, with a non-refundable deposit.
- Pets can NOT be left unattended in any fenced in area.
- Pets MUST be crated inside the unit when guests are not there.

We take pride in hosting our guests; therefore our condo is serviced on a regular basis for pest control. However, we are located in the great state of Georgia, and as guests enter and exit the apartment or building bugs can come in from the outside, this doesn't happen often, but want our guests to be aware.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a fenced private yard.

Multiple problems - only two dinner plates and two water glasses along with chipped bowls that took 8 days to correct; broken frame on living room chair and 18 days to replace; broken desk chair took 23 days to replace; the most uncomfortable beds we’ve even slept in; clothes dryer so clogged with lint that it took 2 1/2 hours to dry and was a fire hazard fixed after 7 days, missing screws in dining room chairs and bench took 26 days to repair; missing smoke detector never replaced; living fireplace that did not work; and plumbing issues (main br toilet screeched every time flushed, second bathroom toilet fill set too low to flush solid waste first time, main br faucet dripped constantly on hot water side and kitchen faucet almost no flow on cold water. On plus side, we liked the location and the quiet neighbor hood.

Overall, everything was pretty nice and clean as far as having the toiletries we needed and basic cookware. Knooks and crannies of the house could have been cleaned better though. Also, the first room as you enter had an overpowering smell in the closet but other then that it was nice

Tiny Furniture ...

We are average size but the furniture is low quality and too small. The sofa back came up to our shoulder blades. The one living room chair was small, didn't have an ottoman or recliner. The dining room table was made with plastic type material. There was only one small end table in one bedroom so we needed one of the dining room chairs for the other end table. One of the two small chairs in backyard is broken. 2. Fan in living room didn't work. 3. It would've been nice if there was a fan in first bedroom. 4. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. 5. Plenty of ice because the icemaker is broken and won't cut off. 6. Recommend finish painting walls. Place would look 100% better.

Good for a one night stay if you only need a place to sleep. All the furniture is extremely uncomfortable so don't plan to lounge around to watch tv or work remotely here.

There were dishes in the dishwasher and some dirty silverware in the drawer. The kitchen was not organized, and it was difficult to find what I was looking for. There were a couple of things that I would have liked to have had such as a pizza pan and cheese grader. The kitchen was not as clean as I would have liked. Towels and sheet were still in the dryer. The unit was comfortable otherwise.

Not clean at all!!

My husband and 3 kids (10,4,1) stayed here for a weekend and we were VERY disappointed in the cleanliness of the townhome. We are not picky people and a couple things being missed while cleaning is understandable. Unfortunately this was not the case. The tubs were so bad, my husband held my kids while I bathed them so they wouldn't touch the tub and this was AFTER I bleached the tub myself. There was a pack of cigarettes and a pepsi bottle with cigarette butts inside left on the patio. The dining room table was disgusting. The microwave and fridge were clearly not wiped down. The rugs looked as though they had never been swept or even shaken out. The laminate floors had dead bugs and dirt as though it wasn't recently swept. Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher from previous guest I assumed. The fridge had things like take-out cups left inside. It was overall very unacceptable. If this was just a fun stay for us, we would have left immediately. Unfortunately we had to stay because we had to be in town. I will never book through this host again and I would NOT recommend them. To top it all off, we paid a cleaning fee in the booking. This is absurd as we didn't get to walk into a freshly cleaning place to stay. It was as if the previous guest or owners had just gotten up and walked out before we came!!

Augusta getaway

Cute and very spacious townhome in Augusta. Very convenient to restaurants and stores. Super clean and quiet place. Bed mattress was very comfy. Definitely recommend!

Could Be Great With a Few Easy Fixes

First the good. The townhouse is spacious & easy to get to. Parking was good, the neighbors were nice, and for the price the house is simple & adequate. We felt safe, it was nice having the back yard fence for our dogs. This is a new listing, but the host was listed as a premier host, so I wasn't too worried about trying it. When we rented the house the info said the check in was 3pm. When we received our payment confirmation & initial info, it said check in was 4pm. I messaged & she responded that it was 3pm (which was good, we had a wedding to get to). I asked if we could check in early & she said she would let me know that day when we could arrive, but I never heard from her again. The house was listed with a hair dryer, but it didn't have one. It was lacking some basic things like paper towels in the kitchen & klenex, basic soap & shampoo in the showers. It was nearly a blank slate, with hand soap at the sinks. The back yard is all mulch & someone dumped what looked like a corn casserole out there, so we cleaned up what we could & then set the furniture over it to keep my dogs out of it. The heater kicked on & off a lot, there is some ice build up on the unit out back, but it did keep the house comfortable. We saw 2 roaches in the kitchen. My biggest complaint was just the lack of communication. We arrived at 3pm on check in day, since we never heard from her. We stayed 2 nights & I never heard from her. There wasn't a manual for the house policies, so I messaged her to let her know what time we left. Even though there weren't check out instructions, I let her know that I collected the trash & left it by the front door, started the washing machine (with sheets & towels), and of course didn't leave any dirty dishes etc. I also let her know about the roaches, corn casserole, hair dryer, etc... hoping to just chat with her about them, but it's been 1 1/2 days & she hasn't responded. Unfortunate. We rent multiple times a year & this is the first absent host we have had.
