What we needed at a good value

We had a nice stay. The staff were quite helpful, though not always available. Our room was not large but more than adequate. We liked the breakfast of bread, meat, cheese, hard boiled eggs, cereal, and caprese salad tomatoes among other things.

Better than sleeping in your car.

Reception closes early. When we arrived there was no reception and no phone number to call. I had to look it up myself and when I called they gave me a code to get my key. They advertise free parking and I guess that's true if you are one of the lucky ones to actually get one of the extremely limited spots. The rooms were fine. The hotel isn't in a nice area but is an easy tram ride to the old town.

Very impressed with the friendly service and neat rooms. Excellent breakfast. Fairly close to the places we wanted to visit (5-10 min drive) Few of the staff could speak English well, but those who could not were still friendly and willing to assist with whatever we needed.

Das Einzelzimmer hatte unzählige Mängel. Angefangen im Zimmer bei der defekten Nachttischlampe, einer defkten Steckdosenabdeckung, einem defkten Fensterschanier, einer schmutzigen Fernbedienung TV und einem Teppich voller Flecken. Im Bad steckte der Lüfter locker in den Fliesen, die Duschtür war untem am Rahmen rostig, der Griff der Dusche innen fehlte (außen nur noch locker befestigt), ein defekter Föhn steckte in der Halterung, die Schrauben der Handttuchstange verrostet und die Glasablage war locker, so das die abgestellten Dinge in das Waschbecken rutschten. Alle Punkte wurden mit Fotos dokumentiert. Das Hotel hat nach meiner Beschwerde einen Tag später ein akzeptables Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt.

직원분이 매우 친절함. 마음을 따뜻하게 해주는 친절함임. 그러나 위치는 약간 슬럼가 스럽고, 바닥이 삐걱거리는 등 호텔시설도 낡음. 그러나 친절함 가득한 서비스는 단점들을 상쇄할 수 있음. 프론트에 말하고 주차는 건물 뒷편에 가능함. 출입구는 터치식 키가 있어야만 출입이 가능하므로, 주변이 슬럼 스럽더라도 안전함.

convenient location for Augsburg sightseeing

It's a tradicional family owned hotel with creaking stairs and without an elevator, but the rooms are modern and very clean. The owner is very friendly, and breakfast is good. The fact that it's situated not exactly in a posh neighbourhood did not bother us at all as we felt safe in every moment and the connection with the city centre is good,

Ordentliches Hotel

Gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Freundliches Personal, Zimmer sauber. Das Badezimmer ist leider sehr klein. Wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden und werden beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Augsburg hier wieder buchen.

Hotel in een mindere buitenwijk van Augsburg

Vier haltes van het centrum. Geen lift. Bedrukt sfeertje in de wijk. Parkeren met schijf en een enkele eigen parkeerplaats. Buiten gewoon aardige mensen en behulpzaam.

Verkehrsgünstig gelegenes und zweckmäßiges Hotel

Eine gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in der Nähe zum Stadtzentrum. 100m von der nächsten Tramhaltestelle entfernt. Dadurch ist es natürlich nie komplett ruhig, was aber einem durchschnittlich lärmempfindlichen Schläfer nichts ausmacht. Das Frühstück wird liebevoll zubereitet und bietet genügend Auswahl. Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Leider habe ich auch bei meinem zweiten Aufenthalt nicht das abgebildete und gebuchte große Bett bekommen. Die Einzelzimmer sind wirklich nur für eine Person gedacht.
