Nasty encounter

Suppose to be a 4 star property , upon checked in was given a pile of bedsheets and towels to climb 2 floors to the apartment. Was told that we need to lug these bedsheets and towels after the stay back to their office. In addition cleaning of the property is also required by us. Otherwise a charge of 65€ will be charged We found cockroaches on the ceiling and in the toilets.

La résidence est chouette avec une magnifique vue sur la mer, bien située et surtout l'équipe sur place est top. Clémence et Clément sont aux petits soin de leurs clients.

Le complexe est un peu vieillissant et mériterait un rafraîchissement. La literie n’est pas du tout confortable, 2 lits simples dont un sous forme lit-armoire, très petits et très durs . Apparemment fonctionnel et propre à notre arrivée
