The initial room we booked didn't have plates or silverware and was missing a rack in the dishwasher, so the staff quickly relocated us to a new room. The new room had quite a bit of damage from a dog, and while the kitchen had plates/utensils, it was missing quite a bit of what I would consider basic implements for cooking simple meals. The location was great, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

My husband and I were in Opelika AL for business for 16 days in November and were very comfortable staying at stayAPT! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and near shopping, food, and gas stations. The space is comfortable, clean, and nicely laid out. It was very helpful to have a full kitchen when staying so long. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend it to others!

Checkin is at 3. Arrived at 4, but were told no rooms were available. ‘Will they be available before the game starts at 6:30 so that we can get ready?’ Probably not. They offered to let us us the bathroom in the lobby. Units are clean, modern, nice—it is a great setup. But the flooring/ceiling is so thin you hear everything happening in the unit above you-even if they walk to the bathroom in the middle of the night (you wake up to footsteps over your head). I recommend asking for something on the top floor.

Sheets were dirty they were hair all over them and specs of debris. I have never stayed in a place with such filthy sheets. Front office was closed and we used lockbox to access the room so there was no remedy for this.
