Located in the historic district of Auburn, less than 5 minute walk to downtown and local shops, restaurants and night life. Large studio with everything you need for a short or long term stay. Queen bed sleeping 2 people, single cot mattress (4 inches might not be comfortable for all adults), two smart tv's with ROKU access, FIOS WIFI and pet friendly. AC installed late May to mid September.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. The vacation home also includes a coffee maker.

Perfect size and location

We enjoyed our three night stay here in Auburn. This charming efficiency had everything we needed and is within easy walking distance to everything in Auburn. There is a full sized refrigerator, a stove, microwave, and excellent coffee maker. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable. A really large parking area is a plus.
