Not Charming in Auburn

We left early. No hot water in bathroom. No tv. Insects in every room, spiders, mosquitos, millipedes, beetles, cobwebs in all the windows and musty air throughout. Bugs dead in non-working jacuzzi. Paint cans in garbage bags and rugs piled behind property. This place is not as advertised and needs to be cleaned up.
