We liked the house and enjoyed the space. My only complaints would be that the yard was not mowed and the front porch was covered in army worms. There were no trash bags and no extra toilet paper. If these are things that are not a part of the amenities it needs to be listed. But overall it was a good place to stay for the wedding we attended at a near by venue.

The location and grounds were great! We had a little trouble finding some basic items - remotes, light switches. Having a binder with all the details would be very helpful (wifi passwords, codes, how to reach manager, where to put trash, check out procedures, etc). Our negative about the stay - we had multiple people come to the property while we were staying who did not introduce themselves and we weren't given awareness they would be coming, it overall gave as an uncomfortable feeling. As we were all adults, it was less of an issue, however if my children had been with us, we would have been very uncomfortable. When I did speak with the manager after asking some questions through the app, he was very kind and helpful - some of these questions could have been avoided with a binder of information as previously described.
