Coup de cœur pour la terrasse

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, surtout grâce à la terrasse avec sa vue imprenable sur la mer – un vrai coup de cœur ! L'emplacement est idéal et le logement bien équipé. Seul petit bémol : l'intérieur mériterait un léger rafraîchissement pour être à la hauteur du cadre exceptionnel. Cela dit, nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette escapade.

Emplacement extraordinaire avec une vue fabuleuse, rentrer chez soi par la plage est tout simplement magique. On dort avec les vagues. Beaucoup d’espace intérieur comme extérieur.

belle environnement mais déception sur les chambres et salles de bains

Je confirme la belle localisation de l'appartement avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, par contre la propreté des chambres et la moisissures dans les salles de bains font peur!! et à cela rajouter l'odeur du moisie dans les chambres, on a été obligé d'aéré la nuit (début nov), j'ai prévenu la propriétaire et elle n'était pas au courant et cela m'a étonné au vu de la moisissure ancré dans les joints de la salle de bain et au mur et dans pas mal de recoins !! en tout cas la qualité du bien décrit dans l'annonce ne correspond pas à la réalité...

Fantastische plek

Het appartement is prachtig gelegen, pal aan het strand. Het heeft een zeer groot terras. Het interieur is wel wat verouderd en zou vernieuwd moeten worden. De keuken is ruim voorzien. Al met al hebben we er, ondanks het minder mooie weer eind september, een heerlijke week gehad.

Très bellen vue sur la mer - Sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meer

Die Lage ist für alle Freunde einer Schönen Aussicht auf das Meer traumhaft. Tatsächlich waren wir viel auf der Terrasse, die so dicht am Strand liegt, dass wir die Liegen dort genutzt haben und nur zum Schwimmen, für Spaziergänge am Wasser oder für Sandspiele die 10m über die Promenade zum den Strand gegangen sind. Das Haus stammt aus der ersten Hälfte des vorherigen Jahrhunderts. Die Wohnung selber (das ganze Erdgeschoss) ist sauber und das große Wohnzimmer sowie die beiden Zimmer zur Meerseite sehr hell und ebenfalls mit schöner Aussicht. Allerdings merkt man auch, dass das Haus noch aus einer anderen Zeit stammt. Da wir das kennen, hatten wir damit keine Probleme. Die beiden Zimmer zur Straßenseite sind eher dunkel und daher "nur zum Schlafen" geeignet. Zum Haus gehört kein Parkplatz, aber wir hatten viel Glück und haben immer eine Parkmöglichkeit ein paar Meter weiter in der Straße gefunden. Das muss aber wohl nicht immer so sein. Dann muss man weiter weg in einer anderen Straße parken. Insgesamt haben wir sehr schöne 14 Tage in der Wohnung verbracht.

Magnifique Terrasse avec vue sur mer

Superbe villa . Mais beaucoup de choses ne sont pas à la hauteur de la prestation. 6 verres à vin pour 8 personnes 4 assiettes à dessert pour 8 personnes. Fuite d'eau au plafond à côté de la chambre . Une douche ne fonctionne pas. Reste le filtre plein de café dans la cafetière Cuisine pleine de fourmis

Villa normande au bord de mer

Excellent séjour dans un bâtiment d'époque bénéficiant d'un accès et d'une vue directs à la mer. Entrée dans le logement facile et pratique. La localisation et la magnifique et imposante terrasse ainsi que la proximité du centre-ville, font largement oublier le caractère un peu vieillissant de cet appartement, par ailleurs bien équipé, fonctionnel et très lumineux. Nous avons séjournée début novembre et avons trouvé dans ce logement le cocon chaleureux nécessaire après de longues balades vivifiantes. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour bercé par le bruit des vagues!
