L'hôte est très gentil et sympathique. Par contre, l'odeur de renfermé affreux. Aucuns volets ne ferment hermétiquement, les chambres donnent sur une rue très passante. Volet roulant soit manquant soit bloqué, sans avoir été prévenu par l'hôte. Une fenêtre ne ferme pas car le loquet reste dans la main. Une fenetre côté balcon ne ferme a clé. Les finitions j'en parle même pas. Lave vaisselle inutilisable car pas d'évacuation d'eau prévue. Entendre les insultes d'un des voisins à son entourage j'ai très peu apprécier. Je ne doute pas de l'honnêteté de l'hôte mais dans l'état actuel, je déconseille la location.
