Unfenced land of 1500 m2 with a terrace of 18 m2, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. Towels 7 €/person/change. Sheets 10 €/bed/change. End of stay cleaning 40 €. Electricity over 8 kw/day: 0.18 €/kw extra. Baby equipment: 1 crib, 1 high chair, 1 bathtub. This renovated farmhouse includes the gîte, the stable with its adjoining barbecue, the bakehouse used as a bicycle storage area, and the former unoccupied barn, offering a splendid view of the surrounding countryside, with no overlooked neighbours. The neighbor's farm is 150 m before reaching the gîte, just below the road (this farm is no longer in operation). The country road that runs behind the property leads to a single house located 300 m higher; this path is a hiking trail. The gîte is ideally located for visiting the sites of the Vézère Valley, including the Lascaux 4 International Center for Cave Art in Montignac, the National Museum of Prehistory in Les Eyzies-de-Tayac-les-Bains (30 km away), not to mention a visit to Sarlat, a medieval town with an exceptional heritage, or the Château de Hautefort (Gardens and Museum of Medicine) (25 km away).
