Large, clean property with plenty of room. There's a skatepark right across the street and it was fun watching the skaters from the front porch. There's a half bath on the first floor, the 2nd floor has a full bath and 2 bedrooms and the 3rd floor has a king bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Things to know before coming would be there are no clothes hangers in the closets and only overhead lighting. BYO food storage supplies and all toiletries too. Important for dog owners to know is the yard is fenced, but the fencing is damaged here and there, and there are feral cats living under the house and all around the property. It's in a convenient location and very close to Gardner's Basin and Back Bay Ale House, as well as to North Beach Mini Golf and bicycle rentals at 120 Euclid Ave. There's also a nice dog park on Euclid.
