We had an amazing stay at this property for the Christmas holiday with 8 adults and 8 children. It was honestly the best rental property we’ve ever stayed at. “Well appointed” doesn’t begin to cover it. The house has everything you could possibly think to need, from the waffle maker to pack and play and high chair, we were covered. There were more than enough dishes and the pot and pan selection, coming from a house full of cooks, was top tier. We were in heaven in the chefs kitchen. Everyone felt so at home. My elderly in laws made good use of the elevator. The home was so beautiful and so clean. Every room was amazing. It was overall a really great experience. We can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Family vacation

This house was the perfect size for our family of 10 and the location was great. It was very clean, stocked with pool towels and kitchen supplies. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. There was parking for 3 cars in the driveway and ample street parking during the week. Plenty of beach supplies in the garage including a wagon for the littles. Having the elevator was awesome too. A few negatives while we were there. One half of the fridge in the kitchen was not working but there were 2 working fridge/freezers in the garage. Although that wasn’t super convenient when you have a lot of people staying the week. There was some noticeable mold around some of the air conditioning vents. The pool has regular maintenance every 3 weeks which unfortunately fell on the Friday of our stay but we weren’t told that ahead of time. The host was apologetic and offered our party a free day at the local water park or some money back but it was disappointing we couldn’t spend the day by the pool. If maintenance is scheduled like that the host should have informed us prior to our trip.Overall we had a great experience on our family vacation

Wonderful Thanksgiving Retreat

We had the pleasure of spending Thanksgiving here with our extended family 14 adults ranging from 23 to 83 and it exceeded all expectations! We have rented 8 different homes up and down the mid-Atlantic coast over Thanksgiving weekend and this was one of the best. The property was clean, well kept and had ample room for all of us. We never felt like we were “on top” of others Our family likes to cook and the kitchen had plenty of room and counter space to accommodate several cooks working simultaneously. The first floor living area is comfortable with a great fireplace and plenty of seating - the younger crowd was able to use this area to separate when needed. Cleanliness and maintenance were clearly top priorities here. Every room was spotless, and everything from the linens to the furniture was in excellent condition. We felt like we were staying in a well-loved and well-cared-for home. Overall, this property made our Thanksgiving extra special. It was perfect for a large group, offering ample space, comfort, and charm. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, well-maintained shore retreat.

Wonderful Vacation in Brigantine

My family and I had a wonderful vacation staying at the Luxury Villa. When we arrived, our vacation home was very clean and fully equipped (as promised). We were just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The pool was enjoyed by all. Nothing better than the Jersey Shore. Marissa was very quick to respond to any of our questions. She was in touch with us frequently. She was without a doubt that best host I’ve ever rented from. I’d 100% recommend renting from Marissa and staying at the Luxury Villa.

expected more of a gourmet kitchen (utensils, etc.) i.e. no garlic press, hand mixer, hand juicer for lemons. wine opener was broken, lack of baking dishes for casseroles. Hooks for outdoor shower. would love room darkening shades in bedrooms. But soooo many positives, location, front porch, great kids room, beautiful beach chairs and wagon. fabulous pool. quick responses when we did have issues.. extra fridges and beautiful bar area downstairs. I stayed in the house with a large group of my cousins. They had a blast in this three floor home. It was clean, there was plenty of space for all of us. Our only drawback is the fact that we stayed in March, instead of spending a weekend in the summer here. We will definitely be rebooking either this house or house with the same company. the house was as beautiful as seen on the website. easy access to the beach in a lovely residential neighborhood. we had a group of, at times, 11, but it could have held a few more. pool was heated and a neat place to congregate post-beach. lovely, big sitting rooms for watching movies/sports. well furnished and very comfortable. kitchen had everything you need. we will rent again!
