Spread across three levels, the home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests across five thoughtfully designed bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 features a queen bed, smart TV, closet space, and partial boardwalk views. Bedroom 2 is perfect for kids and families with a bunk bed featuring a full mattress below and twin above, along with children’s books and closet space. Bedroom 3 serves as a private suite with a queen bed, smart TV, dresser, ensuite bathroom, and its own private fiberglass balcony with bistro seating for two.

The top floor offers additional cozy spaces perfect for relaxing after beach days. Bedroom 4 features a queen bed and a tucked away reading nook, while Bedroom 5 includes two twin beds, another cozy reading nook, dresser storage, and an oversized lounge chair. An additional upstairs seating area provides a quiet retreat separate from the main living space.

The home includes three full bathrooms for added comfort and convenience. The main level bathroom features a beautifully tiled walk in shower. The second floor bathroom includes a tub/shower combination and spacious double sink vanity, while the private ensuite bathroom attached to Bedroom 3 offers another tiled walk in shower.

Located in the heart of Ocean City on vibrant 10th Street, this home puts you close to everything the shore has to offer. Walk or bike to the beach and iconic boardwalk, packed with amusement rides, arcades, shops, and classic treats. Enjoy nearby cafes, restaurants, boutiques, parks, and bike paths, all while experiencing the laid back charm that makes Ocean City a favorite Jersey Shore destination.

Listing Notes:
PARKING: There is no dedicated onsite parking, but one car can block the driveway in front of the garage. Street parking is generally not too difficult to find nearby.

TVs: There are TV’s in the living room, bedroom 1, and bedroom 3 (3 TVs total). All of our TV’s are Smart TV’s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.

STAIRS: Please note there are stairs required. There are about 10 stairs to enter the home, then ~10 steps up to the second floor, and another ~8–10 steps up to the third floor.

LAUNDRY: The washer and dryer are located off of the kitchen in a laundry room (in-home and private, not shared).

HVAC: The home has central heating and central air conditioning. The thermostat is on the main level outside of the dining space.

Pet Policy: We welcome well behaved dogs only (no cats unless specifically approved), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (up to 80 lbs each unless approved in advance). A non-refundable pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking—no exceptions. For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended. All pets must be fully house-trained and flea-free, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay:
-The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.


We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
