This renovated 2 Bedroom condo (+den w/single bed), has 2 baths [with showers only] and is on the Bay [it is a 1st floor condo so there is 1 unit above]. It has a modern kitchen; there are spectacular bay views from this unit's large back deck; there also is a back sand area and dock. The property is located across the street from restaurants like the Cove bar, Santucci's Pizza, Acme plaza (Dollar Store, Brigantine Bagel, Gucci Brothers Pizza/Mexican), only 1 block to the Wawa!, and just 3 blocks to the CVS and other restaurants and stores! ... Gas grill out back.

Located just minutes to Atlantic City and the Borgata, Harrah's & Golden Nugget; a few minutes further to the AC boardwalk and Hardrock, Ocean, and others.

This property accepts dogs! Sorry no cats. Just add a pet to the booking or add them as an extra guest.

We do have boat slips on the property -please inquire for availability.

The outdoor dock can be used for fishing, swimming, crabbing, paddle boarding or just watching the spectacular sunsets. Please note that this unit is a condo - it has it's own deck but the outdoor beach area and docks in the back can be used by any of the units.

The beach is approximately 4 blocks across the island.
