Very old house close to boardwalk but in residential neighborhood with other old houses. Listing did not show pictures of all rooms including kitchen and bathroom. Very unfriendly neighbors threatened us. Maid was nice. Must run air conditioners to eliminate constant dampness and musty smell. We left the place cleaner than when we arrived. Photos taken just before we left
