BED CONFIGURATIONS:
1 King, 1 Queen, and 1 Double Bunk Bed w/ Twin Trundle

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

-Cameras located on entry door and back door for security purposes only

This property was exceptionally clean and very tastefully decorated. It is conveniently located in walking distance to the beach, ice cream store and many restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return.

Perfect Location

This townhome is located in the center of Atlantic beach, right across the street from the beach and Park. We were able to watch and enjoy the beach music festival from the balcony deck all day Saturday! The home is comfortable and well decorated with a fully equipped kitchen. In walking distance to many shops bars and restaurants. Will definingly stay again!
