This luxurious, beautifully decorated, clean, cozy and comfortable new construction features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom S (plus a pull-out queen sofa bed) with fabulous ocean views. It is located directly on “the circle” in Atlantic Beach.

This house is just steps from the beach and located one row back from the public beach access with life guard stands, a play ground and volleyball courts on the beach. Walking distance to retail shops, local wine bar and local sports bar, plus great seafood and Italian restaurants.

Amazing Ocean/Beach Views from the kitchen and kitchen balcony. The home features two small balconies...one in front with an ocean view and the other balcony is in the back. You can walk across the street to the public pristine beach. You are in close proximity to a wide array of boating & fishing activities (Fishing Pier), shopping, dining, and a multitude of other area attractions. Relax at the pool located right behind this house where you can lounge in the sun, surrounded by beautiful palm trees.

The fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops is open to the Family Room. The family room has a brand new queen pull- out bed with an upgraded mattress. This house is furnished with everything you need while on a family vacation! Every room has flat screen TV's. Each bedroom has ceiling fans, flat screen TV's, queen size beds and their own private bathrooms. The front bedroom has ocean views. The two bathrooms are upgraded with granite counters and marble showers. We provide linens and towels. There is 24 Hour CPI Alarm System and keyless entry so you don’t have to worry about losing keys at the beach! Community Gas Grill.

The pleasures that this smoke free/pet free vacation home offers you is never ending. The convenience of a washer and dryer means you don’t have to wait to wash everything after you get home. Free High Speed WIFI and cable TV in all rooms.

This luxury home rents for a minimum of two days, plus weekly rentals in peak months and monthly rentals are available upon special request. Atlantic Beach and the surrounding area has so much to do for any age group. It is also a wonderful place to visit in the off-season.

The house is immaculate with a Keurig machine and we provide the Keurig cups so coffee is ready to make in the mornings and queen size beds made with fresh linens will be ready when you arrive. You will want to return to this house year after year!

We have taken extra precautions with COVID to make sure the house is particularly cleaned and disinfected. After every stay, we make sure to have a professional cleaner disinfect every detail of the house, including every light switch, door knob, appliances, handles, bedding, etc. to make sure to protect our vacationers and make sure the house is immaculate for your stay.

For your additional pleasure, if you enjoy wine, there is a professional, quiet, and quaint retail wine bar below this unit. Nice to enjoy and glass and walk right back upstairs!

End of June - Mini Getwlaway

The property was very nice with modern updates, and clean simple decor - very family friendly. The kitchen was fully stocked, including some coffee pods, paper ptowels and dish soap with was very nice. The washer and dryer on site was great having a toddler with us! Great location to restaurants and the beach - we could walk anywhere! Anna was a wonderful host proving recommendations for the area and we were even able to check in early. There were a very minor things (bathtub didn't drain well) and she was very responsive to address the issue. We will absolutely be back!

Awesome location!

There was a slight issue with check-in but Anna was very helpful in sorting it out. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Short walk to the beach and a handful of restaurants. The wine bar next door is listed as permanently closed. We definitely plan to return!

Great Stay

We so enjoyed our stay at Anna's home in Atlantic Beach! The location was perfect for us. The walk to the beach was not bad but I wish we had brought our beach cart. The beds were comfy as was the furniture in general. Great communication with our host made check in and out easy! We loved Atlantic Beach being a sleepy little beach town busy on the weekend but not crowed during the week. Atlantic Beach has become our new favorite beach! Thanks Anna for being a super host!

FANTASTIC

It was fantastic the beautiful condo just steps away from the beach and restaurants. It was perfect place to stay and go to Emerald Isle for a day or to Beaufort! We loved sitting on the front balcony at night and just listening to the live music or the sound of the waves crashing. It was great from beginning to end and can't wait to stay again!!!!!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

What a wonderful stay! My one request was that I wanted to park the car for the weekend and just chill (other than a quick shopping trip to Beaufort). Restaurants, ice cream, cocktails, and most importantly, the beach were all within walking distance. Great porches and ample sitting in the kitchen and living room for the four of us. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed and parking was a breeze. Thank you for letting us stay

Annual Family Beach trip

The condo was great! Perfect size for the three of us. Great location to some of our favorite eateries. Easy to walk to the beach and then back to the pool after a long day. The pool was never crowded and we went at various times. Anna was great to work with. So easy to communicate with and made booking the place, planning and staying a breeze! In real estate they always say it’s about the location!

We really wanted to stay in the circle to have access to the beach, local restaurants and bars. This location allowed all of this. Adorably decorated and provided the amenities we needed for our stay. Note this space occupies a second and third floor which is not uncommon for beach property - just prepare to hoof it for the restrooms located on the third floor!

Great weekend

The house was great! Very clean and in a good location. We spent the weekend in the off season, October. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach and still have plenty of resturants to walk to as well. We left the car parked all day Saturday, which was nice.

Lots of steps

This condo was perfect in size and location to our wedding venue. We didn't realize there would be so many steps. I am 71 and my partner is 81and we are both in great shape. I think there were 8 outside steps, 17 inside steps to kitchen and living room, another 16 or 17 steps up to the bedrooms and baths.
