The place was not very clean. When we went to go to bed a found hairs on both of my pillows and sand in the bed. Both showers were terrible.

The condo was very dirty in every room. The freezer had an ice malfunction that caused it to leak into the refrigerator and onto the floor. The repair sun came the second day. The furnishings were old, shabby and dirty/ stained. The door lock was problematic. There was very limited kitchen items. The closets and cabinets were disorganized and had items stuffed in them. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Check in was not good. Our code didnt work and we had rounds with the customer service. The codes we had to use was 11 digits long. I never. When we got a new code it worked for a day multiple times and then we was locked out. Called customer service and said that our code was the original one and that was it all along. Which qas not so. Also was never told qe had to pick up our qecome packet at the main office not on the promises which had our parking passes in it or our vehicle would be towed. Other than the long walk to the beach and these issues it was fine

I traveled here from NY with my 4 children. The location was beautiful and the condo was cutely decorated. We all had enough space and fit all of us comfortably. However, the ceiling the fan in the double room did not work…the room was quite warm. The fridge leaked pretty heavily to the point where I had to throw away food I just had purchased, the dishwasher did not work for me either. My children were older so the stairs weren’t an issue being a 3rd floor condo. The pool was clean and my daughter enjoyed that very much. Overall, our experience was wonderful minus the minor issues we had within the property. The condo was very clean and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone without younger children.
