Coastal Soul B- water view and beach access

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish beach cottage. Sit on the back patio or on the private dock and enjoy the beautiful views and serenity of the canal. Guests also have convenient access to the beach- just a short walk away.
A grill and fire pit are included, as well as, an outdoor shower with hot/cold water.
Guests also have the ability to rent the sister property (Coastal A) at the same time as Coastal B and be given access to the connecting door- so you can have the whole family stay.
The space
Coastal Soul B is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex and a perfect place to spend a week or weekend away. This unit has beautiful views of the sound and offers convenient access to the beach. Sit on the back patio or on the private dock and enjoy the serenity.
A grill and fire pit are included, as well as, an outdoor shower with hot/cold water.
Private dock (shared with Coastal A) is for fishing and sitting only. NO boat docking at this time.
Guest access
Guests have access to all parts of the duplex, a private patio and outdoor shower. Parking is in front of the unit on a paved area.
The dock is shared between both rental units.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a patio and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.

Great stay!! We all loved just relaxing outside, enjoying the peace and quiet. The kids loved fishing off the dock. The walk to the beach was a short trip and was nice. The outdoor shower was amazing. Can’t wait to come back again.

Cute place, matched pics. In between cleaners so several linens were slightly stained. One bed broke upon arrival, but they offered to send someone to fix immediately. Amazing outdoor shower. Very close to the circle and convenient to everything else. Felt safe. Easy to access property.
