This bad review is primarily on the property management company (Fairly) and the property owner. I booked this location, and within minutes, realized I booked it for August instead of September. I reached out to both VRBO and Fairly, and while VRBO was open to working it out, Fairly wasn’t willing to work with me in the slightest, even though I contacted them minutes after booking and realizing my mistake. Both VRBO and I reached out to Fairly, who had the authority to work with me. Fairly stopped responding to my messages and offered zero support. After this experience, I will not be renting any properties from this property management company (Fairly) and will caution friends and family against renting from them as well. As for the house, it is serviceable. Not the best location, but walking distance to the beach.
