This 2-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom home features an all-brick exterior, Fireplace in the Living Room, original hardwood floors, and large Dining Room. The Kitchen contains stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and several original craftsman features. There is a separate Mud/Laundry Room. Situated on a spacious corner lot, you can enjoy the ample backyard with 6-foot Privacy Fence and gravel parking pad at the rear. You'll surely enjoy the view from the swing on the screened front porch. Located just two blocks from the Atlanta Belt-line Westside Trail, this home is walking distance to popular dining options like Slutty Vegan, Monday Night Garage and Boxcar at Hop City. You'll also be minutes away from the Kroger supermarket and Westview Corner Grocery. There are various parks, and so much more character that the Westview/West End has to offer!
