The owner canceled on us While we were driving on the way there.

Unacceptable and unprofessional to say the least. I will never book with VRBO again-Owner canceled on us while we were driving down to his place in Atlanta. After the money had been taken. Then had to find a place at the last minute which caused double my money to come out of my checking account.

Coming from florida to Atlanta a 6hr drive for a booked event planned weeks in advance. We was contacted by the host (when we only had 2 hrs left to get there) telling us We was running late, (which i didnt know you had to be on time for check in) and that he wouldnt be able to accommodate our stay. So nearly there we had to pull over and try to find somewhere for us to stay during our visit and ended paying $200 more at An raggedy motel because it was so last min. Luckily because everything else was booked up. If you want a professional host look else where because he's not it!

Renter Canceled 3 hours before

Granted I was refunded the following day , but they literally canceled 3 hours before. So I had to find somewhere else to stay & it’s a holiday weekend so everything was booked.
