Definitely not Clean as Ephasized

Overall the trip was great and I was safe on the property. However the check in process was horrible. Only way to communicate with the host was via text as they did not answer the phone. Which causes a huge headache checking in. Instructions were to call using the number provided as there is a gate that can only be open by either the host or owner letting you in. I had to park across the street walk over in traffic to the residence and quickly run through the gate to avoid being hit. While inside I had to walk to the bld of the uni, thankfully instructions provided by the host prior was correct so I was able to get in. Once I found the key I had to walk out and back out of gate to my car and drive through the gate using the gate key provided in the apt. AS you can imagine this was a huge inconvenience. Inside the residence was not clean as expected. There was hair on the beds, food and miscellaneous trash located under around the beds, behind the furniture, and host did not provide toiletries. So we had to purchase our own. We made due with what we had and had an enjoyable experience but my suggestion for the host is to respond quickly when guests are needing to check in and fire whomever you have cleaning the apt. As they are not cleaning its filthy.
